Do you have an event or Bible study class that you would like to hold at ESUMC?
Do you need some way for your group to get to that retreat or offsite function? Let us fill you in on how to get that done. The first step, and most important, is to fill out a Program Ministry Sheet. This form is to be filled out COMPLETELY and no more than twelve (12) months from the date of your event – 6 months for outside groups. These forms can be found outside the second floor reception area, or online on our website.
Filling out these forms ensures that your request will be seen and considered for the church calendar. It also puts everyone involved on the same page. Sharene Hubbard will be your ESUMC contact for the completed forms. Copies of the forms will be made and given to the appropriate staff personnel. By doing so, the event will then be reviewed for approval. Your event is NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Sharene Hubbard by email or phone.
NOTE: Non-church functions or outside events will also need to be approved by the ESUMC Board of Trustees. ESUMC functions take precedence over all other events
