What Is ALPHA?

nyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith. Adults of all ages are welcome.

Alpha is a ten-week opportunity to explore the role of the Christian faith for our lives today. It is a practical bible study that covers various topics of Christianity with opportunity for fellowship with dinner and discussion in small groups. The style of Alpha is informal, friendly and non-pressured.  The Fall course begins Septeber 15, 2008.  NOW accepting registration for Fall 2008.

Who Is ALPHA For? 
It is for Everyone, especially:

  • Anyone who wants to grow in their relationship with God
  • Those wanting to investigate Christianity
  • New Christians
  • Newcomers to the church
  • Those who want to brush up on the basics

What's Involved?

There is dinner and fellowship at every Alpha meeting, and daycare is provided. A typical evening consists of:

  • Preparation Meeting
  • Supper
  • Welcome
  • Singing
  • Talk/Video
  • Break
  • Small Group Discussion

How Much Does It Cost?

There are no fees for the 10 week course, which includes food, childcare, and book. The only cost is for the retreat.
