As you enter through the doors at Edenton Street UMC, you will find yourself greeted by members of our church family with hospitality that we think you’ll find to be “radical.” You will feel the warmth with which you are welcomed, whether you were invited or not, to be offered in a genuine and caring manner. We are a very active and diverse congregation that is passionate about “Sharing Christ from the Heart of Raleigh."
As you become involved in the many ways our church reaches out into the community and in the many programs and ministries available, our hope is that you will experience a deepening of your faith and come to have a personal relationship with Jesus, the Christ.
As you exit the doors to Edenton Street UMC, our prayer is that you are prepared to go out into the world proclaiming His love to a broken people and that you are equipped to share the hope that now lies within you.

Traditional worship services are in the sanctuary at 8:40 and 10:55; Contemporary worship services (The Gathering) are in Kerr Hall at 9:30 and 11:11.

Our welcome cart has moved inside for the season. You'll find it -- and friendly folks ready to welcome you and help you find where you want to go -- just inside Poindexter Lobby. That's the main lobby just up the ramp from the sanctuary or from the steps to the Sunday School building from Edenton Street.
