Leadership

Leadership
"Walking along students as they engage the life God has for them cannot be beat." -Sandy Roberts

Each time a child is baptized at Edenton Street, we agree as a congregation to nurture these children in the Christian faith and life. Therefore, we believe that youth ministry is the church's ministry and not just that of the director or a handful of folks who can "relate" to youth. This commitment is made real each week by the loving presence of numerous adults who serve in a variety of roles for the sake of the kingdom.

Some commit to serve on the youth council, a governing body that keeps the ministry organized and focused on its vision. Others provide administrative assistance, by tracking registration, making copies, or organizing special events. And some decide to directly invest in the lives of youth by building relationships through their regular presence and leadership at Youth Group, Small Group, or a Sunday School Class. If you would like to learn more about any of these opportunities, please contact Justin Morgan or Wes Swan.

Hey Adult Volunteers! Here are our new Safe Sanctuary forms. Print them off and return them to Wes Swan's office, 354, asap.
