Daily Activities

We incorporate a variety of activities into our day to achieve our goals and provide the best environment for our participants. These include individual and group activities and cognitive and physical activities.
A typical day consists of the following:
- Individual activities and games
- Morning snack
- Current events and this date in history
- Exercise and physical games
- Intergenerational activities
- Lunch
- Rest and reminisce
- Arts and crafts
- Mind-strengthening games
- Afternoon snack
- Small group socialization and individual activities
