SAMs Outing to the NC State Arboretum (Canceled Due to Weather)
Join us as we travel to the arboretum to enjoy the fall flowers, have lunch together, and return to the church. Wear sunscreen, a hat, and good walking shoes! Bring a bagged lunch or register for one to be provided for you. We will meet in the Curtis Center Lobby at 10:30 AM.

Day Trip to Greensboro Civil Rights Museum
Join us for an intergenerational trip to the International Civil Rights Center & Museum in Greensboro on Monday, Oct. 12, a WCPSS teacher workday. We’ll travel by two minibuses, leaving Edenton Street at 10:00 a.m. and returning around 4:30 p.m. The cost is $20 for adults and $15 for youth (6th–12th grade), plus covering the cost of your own lunch. We hope members of our Senior Adults Ministry and youth will join us for a meaningful day of learning, reflection, and conversation across generations.
